Before handing over me my vehicle service engineer asked me to pay the bill and give feedback. Time given me to receive the vehicle was 6:30 but they hand over me the vehicle at 8:30 when all the staff left the prem motors campus. After paying the bill as i got my car i checked from my hand i found some issues of headlight not working and problem within engine which was found unrecovered. They didn't hasistate in asking for expense but also tries to add more amount as much they can by offering gifts and [censored]! So finally i am in doubtful situation whether the work done by engineers is really done or not or just a formality they did. No concession in expenses charged by prem motors is considered but customer should consider than irresponsible working. Kind of irresponsibility done from such a repotated organization is very shameful! Please take of service you provide to customers for better reach and aiming high! Time was given 6:30pm and at present i am at prem motors! Shameful.
