my name is Brenda Brown . In February I was denied benefit for PUA and was told I needed to apply with PEUC where I was also denied .And was sent back to PUA where I was found eligible and then ineligible. I have filed three appeals with no result and no determination. and under the care act sign into law I am eligible.
