Sir, I received my JEE main result on 29/04/2019. In my form for JEE, I had filled family income ranging between 1L-2L. I didnt get any notification about the EWS correction. Now, I am trying to contact them by the helpline numbers but they have done all the phone on busy. I am trying to call again and again but my calls are not answered. Please take action against the NTA. I have also sent email to them but the email is also unanswered till now. This is the email I had sent. _ Sir, I would like to inform you that I have given JEE main January and April attempt. I got 88.7 in the January attempt and 80.7 in the April attempt. I had filled income of my family between [protected] per annum in the income column and at the time of filling the form, I didnt find any option in the category to select category as GENERAL EWS. I am eligible in all terms to be in that category. I live in a small town named Guna (Madhya Pradesh) where hardly a few people know about JEE. Therefore, I was unable to know about the category correction even by any of my colleagues and friends. I was doing self study as I had taken a drop from school this year to prepare for JEE. So, I didnt attended any coaching classes, I was not told about this by any of my teacher (some people I know now were in Kota then so they were told about this. I was not in contact with them then) Sir, I didnt get any notification about the EWS correction of the form. Sir please do something about it as it is a question for my career.
