Year old refund request

Hi there, We have been waiting on refund for a cancelled flight (cancelled by airline) for over a year now. It was booked through Mytrip but the airline was Thaiair. We have had numerous conversation with Mytrip by phone but can never get a reply by email or on the back of a contact form.
