We bought iPhone 11 pro max from lulu at mazyad mall mussafah abudhabi on [protected]. With in 7 months phone was dead. We send the phone to iphone showroom and the said the phone was already replaced. So we complain to lulu the said they are not sale replaced phone. Apple showroom not accepting the phone and lulu also not accepting their mistake. They give 15 dys to us for solving the problem. Yesterday the day has over. Now what will do the issue. Contract no.
