I bought a dishwasher and today the technician came to install it. Unfortunately the technician couldn't install it because it factory defective. I call Leon's locate on 10 Suntract Rd, Toronto, ON M9N 3N9 the customer representative was completely disrespectful and disregard my concern by telling me that the technician didn't have a saying on the product and to contact the manufacturer while she was speaking above myself, I ask her to transfer me to her manager and she put me on hold and another trainee came to the line, To my understanding Leon's is a respectable company but there is a lot to ask for their representative, Until now I haven't get any resolution about my dishwasher which is lol new.
