I purchased sofa and loveseat in May 2021. The first loveseat to come was broken. They exchanged it and even that one was broken. I request to exchange both pieces for something else. They agreed. I went in to the store early June 2021 and purchased a different set. I had to pay an additional $300 dollars. They did not have it in stock and said it would not be here til early August 2021. I ater spoke with an office manager Claire and she stated it would be here end of July. Salesman, Joe, said to keep the furniture I have now until then. In early July I returned the furniture I had. I did not want to risk getting it dirty or broken even more. It is now end of July 2021. I contacted the store and now I am told furniture will not be in til end of September. I told them I am not wanting to wait another two months for furniture and want a full refund. All they did was offer me $130 back. I said no I wanted FULL refund. They are denying my refund. I am now without furniture for another 2 months!!!
