Hi, My name is: Susanna Lang and I live in Mandurah WA. I have contacted the local Kia dealership regarding a navigation system update. I was informed that I have to do it on line. I mentioned that I can`t do it on line myself as I have no thechnical knowledge at all. I was told that it is not hard, just follow the steps on the website. I was given : kia.com.au I can`t even find the instruction on this site. Can you please advise me where I can get the system update, who can update it for me in Mandurah WA if not the local dealer as they were extreamly unhelpful.
