3025e tractor

1

Bought a brand new 3025 tractor in April, used it to mow for an hour, and the next morning there was a puddle of differential fluid on the ground under the tractor. The rear differential was leaking on the back left side. After going back and forth with the dealer and over a month going by, the dealer finally came out to pick up the tractor. Two weeks later after they picked it up, not a word from the dealer, and phone calls were never returned so I went into the dealership. They hadn't even got the tractor in to look at it yet. Going on 3 weeks without a tractor that was brand new, and having to mow 10 acres with a riding lawnmower. If the dealer is going to take this long to fix the tractor, then they should provide a loaner. I would go in to bother them more, but they are 45 miles away, and in a different state.
