How do you document when an agent yells at you, "It's common decency, " at the end of the x-ray conveyor belt, when I didn't stack up the trays that my belongings were in. How do you hire inept personnel who want the last answer to a weary 70 year old traveler who was the last one on the plane, because the main floor where we check in and get boarding passes, resembles an ant hill? When no one agent is on your side to get you to the plane, it adds to the stress of flying and it makes me say never again with you. The staff person who I would like to report was on duty for A Phoenix bound flight from NYC on September 2nd @ 3:55 pm. Her arrogant and one up manship big mouthed behavior was embarrassing to me.
