no power to unit and new relay was sent to wrong installer- 2 week delay

I had the unit exchanged because of no power to unit. The exchanged one had no power either although Matt's mobile in Kenosha Wi said it checked out there. A new relay was to be sent to Ericksons Auto trim on Lathrop Avenue in Racine Wi to be installed yesterday. It was sent to Ericksons Auto trim in another part of the state. Now Matt's Mobile in Kenosha is to receive the relay tomorrow although he doesn't know if he can do it for a week. Needless to say I can't run a small business. Now what are my recourses?
