my flght was cancel, booking # 57X5PE FOR 10/2019 ROUND TRIP TO SAN FRANSICO, I CONTACT YOUR WEB SITE OVER A YEAR AGO REQUESTING FOR A REFUND, AS OF NOW I HAVE NT HEARD FROM YOU, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN WILL I RCEIVE MY REFUND PLEASE !!! REACH ME AT onyxbasti @ hot mail.com (name Donnie Logwood) [protected], i was told that this would be taken care of over 1 year ago and it has been17 months now and no refund!! kind regards!!
