I have been a very well pleased GM Customer since 1995, currently very unhappy, after weeks of talking to your phone answering service with no satisified results, I have a problem with the Brake Light (Drivers Side) Led, after recent normal service at the dealer, the Tech. wrote on the bottom of the Multi-point inspection sheet, "No Brake Light" I did not notice the information untile I got home and callled the dealership back and they informed me there had been a service order N182180270 to replace defective light which expired May 1st, 2921 or 72, 000 mile, my truck was in for service on 5-12-21 with 61, 000+ miles, I believe you could make an exception in my case and would really appreciate it. Your phone service, did finally tell this had to be diagnosed by the dealer which would take all day, dealer advised no loner vehicles available, which I cannot do, I even ask to have part sent to me and I woud install and return defective core to you, no such luck I just need your help, vin# 1GKSZBKC6FR554498. Than you so very much.
