Reference details sv0251898 and sv0267899 I had purchased the women gen 4 in December 2018 and the same gets switched off, doesn't charge and doesn't restart for which its still with the service centre... within 7 months of it's purchase it's been under service for 3 months that shows the product defect which the technician do not accept the fault .. being a loyal fossil customer it's been the most disastrous experience... I also purchased the men gen 4 in January 2019 for my partner which is not as smart and fast as it should have been (fossil standard) ...another disaster Additional I gave my another fossil watch to fix the diamond and battery in February 2019 for which I was asked to pay INR 200 for the battery and within 6 months the watch has stopped ...what quality of battery was used that it didn't last 6 months ...
