To whom it may concern, From July 6-10 my family stayed in your Northridge, CA location and I have to admit it was a terrible experience. The security there is very little to absent, which makes it easy for suspicious guests to get in from the back exit door. But what really make this a disappointing visit was the bed bug bites we encountered, especially to my one year-old son. I called in to your front desk and Melissa seemed to want to solve the problem; but thereafter she has not responded to me. Moreover, I learned Derek is also a supervisor here and he also has not responded to me or my emails. This was our first time at your hotel and definitely will be our last.
