Would appreciate future maintenance taking place during a more grass-friendly time, such as very early spring, or winter so homeowner would have an opportunity to repair damage and not have unsightly bare spots in an otherwise decent lawn. ~$30 was spent on various products to attempt to grow grass in the damaged areas. Fingers crossed, however success rate is likely very low given multiple 90 degree days, and very little rain.
