Reclining 6 seater

I bought a 6 seater 2yrs ago and already the middle section is broken and stitching is coming out and its peeling off the plather. I hardly have people over but I am not happy with the quality of your product... What is the envisaged estimated life span? My insurance refused me to claim as they indicated wear and tear... But i'm shocked that a product less than 3yrs can be in this state already
