wheel & tire package damaged/ poor customer service

I purchased a wheel and tire package on 9/6/18. I received the order on 9/18/18 with all four wheels being damaged. Called CARid and was told I would have to start a damage claim. Ups picked up the packages 9/21/18. I was told as soon as ups sent tracking numbers to them a new order would be processed, that did not happen. Received an email that the new order had been processed on 9/26/18 and they would ship on 10/5/18. A few hours later I received another email saying there was a delay and they would now ship on 10/9/18. Today is 10/8/18 and I decided to call and check the status of the order. I am now being told there was another delay and they are unsure of the new estimated shipping date. It has now been over a month since I paid over $3200 for the wheels & tires and have no product.
