Wrongful termination of account

Less than a week after creating an account, paying almost $80 for a premium membership, and posting a job, I received and email from Care.com stating that my account had been terminated with absolutely no reasoning. I have emailed the company, and 4 days after receiving a confirmation of my email stating that I would hear back within 48 hours I still have heard nothing. I expect a reason for the termination of my account and/or a full refund for the membership that I paid for. I am in desperate need to find a caregiver for my fiancé who is newly a quadriplegic from a recent motorcycle accident.
