On October 28, 2016, AuthorHouse published my children's book that I wrote and illustrated (Orange #12). To date, my book is still being sold on Amazon in Kindle and Paperback format. However, I have yet to receive one cent in Royalties. I called their customer service center today. The gentleman I spoke with said he was "filling in on the weekends" and that I would need to call back. The number I called was [protected] opt. 3. Please advise.
