I have shipment consist of three cartoons on 18-03-2021 i revived one cartoon remaining two cartoons which up to now I don't know anything about it. I send many emails and call customer service with no respond to me no one can step up and clear mentions where is my shipment or where it stop or lost. This reply when i send an email... A reference number GSO/0321/9962 has been assigned to your case. Please make sure to keep this number in the subject field for all communications related to this request. Also i send many reminders but no answer.
