Amerigas not doing meter reads

I am being billed for a non working meter that is not hooked up to anything and being overcharged for a meter that is seasonal. I have been trying to get this resolved for 6 weeks and keep being told it is. Meter department issue and have to wait for someone to call me but NO ONE EVER DOES.
