To whom it may concern I filled out a claims report at The Zips Car Wash in Bowling Green, Ky. In later March 2021 My rims were damaged doing the car wash I brought it to the attendant attention he immediately shut down the car wash and checked and made a phone call. He had me to fill out a claims report and I was told it would be sent in to the main office and I would be contacted. Several days passed and I went back to the car wash and I was told my claim was turned in and I was also given a 800 number to call. I still to this very day haven't heard from anyone concerning this matter and I've called several times and only got a recording. Today was the first time I actually spoke with someone in the office but it wasn't from the claims office. It was concerning a refund that was taken from my account that I hadn't approved.
