Malayan Insurance/ Yuchengco Group of Companies - TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Good day. I would like to terminate/cancel My Family Shield Plus Insurance worth 550 under name of BUENA G. VILLANUEVA with my card ending in 9009 because I cant afford to pay for it anymore and I already have Insurance from other institutions. I also experienced twice already that it appeared in my RCBC credit card bill statement that there are two amounts to be paid under My Family Shield Plus. I even called RCBC hotline number to inform them of my intention to terminate this insurance. I even pay for my health card under Care Health Plus. Pls respond immediately.
