Hi WWICS, I signed up with WWICS on 2016, they just assisted me with all documents needed and after that i haven't heard from them. My IELSTS expired and i wanted to take the log in credential so i can continue from my side, since it is very hard to reach you, email or phone, not getting any luck. I was advised that someone will always be available to assist me the time i signed the contract, but no one really bothers to talk to me. I paid full amount in one go, and the money is not even worth the service i get. You're not helpful at all, and the service you have provided me is not even worth 1, 000 AED.
