Wrong color wig

I placed an order for a wig but they sent me the wrong color (black) with no paperwork included in the envelope. I sent 3 complaints to their website and tried calling numerous times but the number provided is not a working number. How can I get a refund and where should I return the wig? I have no order number just the label on the front of the package with the address from where the wig was shipped - Suzhou, China My e-mail is [protected]@att.net; tel. [protected]
