My wife ordered this refrigerator in October. We did not receive the refrigerator in till February 6. The refrigerator worked for two weeks February 20.Set up a service call approximately A week later a service tech showed up, figured out what the problem was, ordered the part. It is April 5, 2021 we have no parts for the refrigerator no contact from whirlpool. We have contacted whirlpool several times throughout the months, there are no answers. On when this will be resolved. I will get on every form and I will give you a very lousy review, as if you care. My family has been using a ice chest for a refrigerator for the first month then I went out and bought a used refrigerator it is working better than this new one, we will never buy whirlpool again you do not back up your warranty claims
