Poor service requested original documents of my car

Ref no [protected] since June I am struggling to get original copies of my car which is fully paid. I have sent several emails but to date not a single documents was send to me. The insurance consultant tried also to request from May he was told owner must request them, I did that to date not a single copy was received. I called no response, I went to FNB nelspruit with the hope to be assisted all was in vain
