This morning (9/9/21) I called Vitago @ [protected] for my first time, and spoke with Mr. Michael about a product. He was very rude, and not kind. First, he spoke to me in a rough voice by saying speak up I have things to do. Then I said, I'm a senior why do you have to be so rude? Then, I told him I was going to hang up, and I did, but I decided to call back to get his name. I called right back to get his name hoping his mood changed. He said, what did I need? Alfa Juice 180 count cap. He responded like he never heard of this product. Then he spoke fast, and at the end he named the product saying that they are out! It's sad that any person has to experience this type of Customer Service... with All that is happening around the world today, Kindness will prevail over any harsh words to make a better day for ALL.
