I have stated that I am unable to resolve my duplicate account with ID.ME. I have attempted to open SEVERAL tickets with no resolve with ID.ME to remove the duplicate account, so that I may move forward. They indicate that they are open 7x24 hours, but still my ticket(s) go unresolved. I have attempted to get a Trusted Referee, but the link on the website does not work. I have gone as far as making a complaint with the BBB. I find it hard to believe that VEC knows that there are issues with this ID.ME, but continue to use this failed system. I have provided all necessary paperwork for my identification, but without the ID.ME verification I will NEVER get my unemployment. There has to be another way!!! I need help and I am not getting it from VEC or ID.ME!!!
