I am in utter disgust at the quality of the Viking Fridge. I have had nothing but problems with the fridge since purchase. Viking is NOT WILLING TO HELP OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS even though there is obviously a defect with the product because retrofit kits were made to "help" solve the icing up of the freezer. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED AT VIKING. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM. THE KICKER IS THAT THEY ARE SO NWILLING TO HELP.
