03/05/2020 I've purchased tickets for the round trip to Russia through Vayama. Booking # [protected] ($1663.44), two tickets Adult+ Child 10 years old. Due to Covid all flights were cancelled. In September 2020 Vayama has sent me an email that the refund will be in my account in 7-10 days. It's already the end of May 2021. And NO money... I have an official paper from my Chase bank that I never got any refund from Vayama. I contacted "Aeroflot" airlines and they state my money were refunded to Vayama. Customer service of Vayama replied for my requests with automatically generic answers that refund was issued. But they lie... I need my money back!
