Garnishee for traffic officer BE Smith is deducted off his account / pay on the 25th of each month. The court order / garnishee states payment to be made in my account for maintenance and school fees for kids by the 25th of each month, BUT, this department (Nonto Nzuza and Di Barker) of payrol refuse to pay the funds according to the court order. They pay them on the 10th, 7th, 12th of the following month, which means kids needs need to be in arrears every month (school fees traveling costs etc). When queried by the court these individuals ignore emails. When we call NONTO NZUZA is very rude and hostile.
