Trojan ultra thin condoms

I purchased a three pack from my local cvs store and when I got home and opened them two of the packages in the box were completely empty...so I only got one of the three condoms I purchased. I was disappointed as this single condom ended up being almost $8 and unfortunately made for a short and unexpected 3 day weekend with my significant other. Can this issue be resolved?
