I booked through your site for stay at Ginger satalite Ahmedabad for today 12 May. I received booking confirmation but hotel did not received any. So they did not allowed me to stay at the hotel. Please refund my amount paid through credit card Booking I'd [protected]. I need to book again for my stay and paid again. Till 12.30 12 th may today hotel ginger reception has not received the booking confirmation.
