I have booked 3 tickets for my family through tripair. Saudi Airlines cancelled the flights. I asked for refund the tickets since 6 months. Till now no answer. First time they said it is valid for 1 year and don't worry.then second communication they said the refund process will take some long time but it is not possible to be 8 month.
