Unable to contact anyone about entering the codes in my phone for service I paid for today.

July 5, 2021 Online I gave a credit card number for 90 days service and 60 minutes, This is never automatically added to my phone. I usually try to do it on the phone but it is now impossible to get a live agent. Every time I call the automatic message is that the transaction is pending and to call back in five minutes. I tried to access the chat function as I have done in the past. But the chat does not work. There is no button to access now. I need the code numbers that have to be entered in my phone,
