Refusing to pay for me for tickets sold on my behalf

Ticketmaster refused to refund me for the 3x rescheduled Greenday concert finally held in Seattle 9/6/201. The only option offered was to resell my tickets (at a loss) via Ticketmaster, which I did. The tickets were dowloaded to Ticketmaster and sold in August of this year. Funds were supposed to be transferred to my checking account within 7 days of the event, which was 3 days ago. To date, I have not been paid by Ticketmaster for the sold tickets nor will they respond to my inquiries regarding deposit of my funds. Next step AG office?
