Tickets do not appear on Ticketmaster app

I purchased six tickets for the Trans Siberian Orchestra at Climate Pledge Arena for Sat Nov. 27, 2021 at 3:30 PM on Sept 9, 2021 (copy of email receipt enclosed). Receipt # [protected]. Total charge is $564.75. The charge has been added to my credit card account, so it has been paid to Ticketmaster. The tickets do not appear on my Ticketmaster iphone app, and do not appear on my Ticketmaster account. I can't use the chat since my order does not appear. The phone number does not connect to customer service. How can I communicate with Ticketmaster to have my ticket purchase appear on my account and on my phone app?
