Unable to speak with human/ claim specialist

I was working for a restaurant which closed 3/1/20 and re-opened 10/1/20. I claimed unemployment up until it reopened and I worked until January 2021. Since then the restaurant closed again and I have been unable to claim since then. I was told my claim is in escalation and I should wait up to 8 weeks for my dates to change from claiming for the week of October 2020 to January 2021. It has been 8 weeks and there is no change and I cannot claim. I am a single father and have had no income for over 2 months. I desperately need help. WHO CAN I CONTACT??
