Purchased recliner 03/04/2021 Reported the issue 04/08/2021 - zipper broken under seat - padding came out Customer Care - reply 04/11/2021 - waiting for parts overseas since that time i received 2 updates, the latest being today with the same response - waiting on parts from overseas. I explained that 3 weeks after receiving the recliner the issue occurred. He was quick to correct me it was 4 weeks after receiving the recliner. i told him this is ridiculous and asked to just replace the chair. I was adamant that the parts need to come from the mfg. I am very disappointed in Tepperman's responses in dealing with my issue. After this matter is resolved (when that may happen who knows) we will shop elsewhere for sure.
