I have done everything they have asked me to do and yet I still do not have my refund of over $1200. I have called my bank Wells Fargo who issued the credit card and they say the refund has not come to them. During one email the customer service rep said the bank must be holding it up. I doubt that seriously. Why would my bank not credit my account ? I have asked both the bank and Tempurpedic to call the other but neither will do so. That would clear up this thing, but they simply will not. It is a substantial amount of money. over $1200. I am beside myself with exasperation.
