Extremely Insulting Rude Customer Service

Was called on 7/27/21 by someone id ing themselves as the fraud dept. regarding what they suspected was a fraudulent account in my name. I called the number listed on the website at 900PST on 7/28 with the intent of verifying if in fact that was the case, (ie had they actually reached out to me, and not a phone scam for information); and if so to mitigate the situation. My first call went to customer service, who said they would transfer me to the fraud dept. Instead I was disconnected. I called back, the second time I was transferred then put on hold for 10 min.. then disconnected. On the third attempt at 947PST I was connected to a call center where the man on the other end kept interrupting me with Hmmm Hmm Hmm noises, then began some bizarre rant about logic, which became insulting, with him ranting on about how he did not care what I was calling about. Beginning to lose my cool myself at this point in the tirade I reminded him that the call was supposedly recorded, and he had no call to be rude; to which he redoubled his efforts. At this point I lost my temper told him that I hoped Karma would crap on his head. And hung up. TL/DR: Called to verify if a fraud call was actually from Synchrony, was disconnected 2X, transferred to someone who must be ready to quit, and chose me to take it out on.
