Synchrony Bank/not processing my payments on time.

Complaint: Never received a first payment email statement! Payments made over the phone was not processed the day and date made But, held until after the due date so they could tack on late charges. I was never told or emailed regarding any late charges. There is problems getting anyone to answer customer service calls!!! Every call goes to a third world country. They will not and cannot help with anything for which a customer is having problems. This is not a bank of trust or integrity . Deceiving!!
