Hi, We bought the Duraceramic frying pan 1 week ago, and as soon as we started cooking in it, the food was sticking to the bottom of the frying pan and burning...despite there being Olive oil also in frying pan.. this is the Second time we have bought this product..thinking it may have been improved, but no, it's still the same. The frying pan is very hard to clean and is actually stained from the food cooking in it, no matter how hard we scrub it the marks will not come off. We would like some type of refund please.
