This is worse than living in an HOA. New rules to abide by every other day. If the manager likes you, it's ok to have a trampoline or bouncy house in your yard. You are only entitled your tiny patch of driveway for your cars, but the manager's parents own about 6 cars and freely take as many parking spots as they please. Some people can have their junk furniture hauled away for free, some residents have to pay some made up dollar amount by the manager. And if you are an elderly woman who can barely afford to live, watch out because the manager and her vulture supervisor will swoop in and take everything you own. Sun Communities is run by a bunch of Satan worshippers who care about nothing but themselves. They are bullies, and I hope they all rot. I have an ace up my sleeve if they ever try to make my life difficult, and I plan to use it to take them down. I hate it here. They should be ashamed.
