I have audio and video of the tech support and customer service having a community of customers on the phone at one time tonight and also using foul language to speak to us. This is so unprofessional but also a waste of time of people who need help with fixing our services that we pay for. We've been without services for over a week and it's been an inconvenience to say the least. Not only are we switching services I hope everyone switches and never goes back.
