Greetings as a regular customer of steers and the wacky wednesday promotion last week wednesday me and my fiance went to order our wacky wednesday special with a milkshake as i enter i place my order at 19;07 i left the restaurant and came back at 19;30 as my order was not finished yet as i enter the restaurant to wait for my order the manager lady started swearing at the staff one lady helping at the checkout point was busy placing an order when the phone wrang the other lady behind the lady busy with the order doing nothing really important then places the ringing phone next to the lady busy with the order after two minutes or longer the phone was answers after that a customer was waiting one hour for his food after they wrang up his order 3 wrongly after that our food only came out at 8;20 and it was only a wacky wednesday special and one milkshake after our order was out the milkshake wasn't finished the lady rushed our milkshake there wasn't enough syrup and the milkshake was not nice at all i am highly disappointed that we had to wait for our food so long this is from a well know company And this is the strand branch in beach road close to bossa strand [protected] for relieving this matter of an unhappy customer
