Delivery is unreliable. I'm receiving the paper about half the time in Red Bank, because of substitute carriers, I'm told. CS also informs me that my "no-delivery" complaints are coding as "late paper" because of when I call in my complaint. It's ridiculous: "no paper" means "no paper." Furthermore, I don't ever get a recovery paper. This whole problem probably relates to the fact that the Star Ledger doesn't pay enough to get, and keep, good full-time carriers that will stay on the job. That is my opinion.
