I was visit the optometrist for a eye test that revealed i need glasses . I paid the test and a deposit on the glasses. I was told that the glasses could not be order unless paid in full. After few months i received a summons from the attorneys that stated i owe the optometrist money . I phone the optometrist and questioned my account . She statted that i do have a credit and the glasses was not ordered and that they handed my account over to the attorneys !!! She acknowledge that it was an allegal handover, she will correct it and send me a cancellation letter from the attorneys and till today i have receive nothing after a few phone calls !!!
